(Lover)
(Beloved)
(Friends)

Pleasing is the fragrance of your perfumes,
你的名如倒出香膏.                         your name is like perfume poured out.
No wonder the maidens love you!
Take me away with you - let us hurry!
Let the king bring me into his chambers.

Friends
We rejoice and delight in you,

Dark am I, yet lovely,
O daughter of Jerusalem,
黑得如基達帳棚,                           dark like the tents of Kedar,
又如所羅門幔子.                        like the tent curtains of Solomon.
Do not stare at me because I am dark,
因太陽把我晒黑.                        because I am darkened by the sun.
My mother's sons were angry with me
                 叫我看守葡萄園;                    and made me take care of the vuneyards;
自己葡園反疏理.                          my own vineyard I have neglected.
Tell me, you whom I love, where you graze your flock
晌午羊在何處歇息?                    and where you rest your sheep at midday.
Why should I be like a veiled woman
像帶著面紗的女郎?                             beside the flock of your friends?

Friends
If you do not know, most beautiful of women,
就去跟隨羊群腳蹤,                            follow the tracks of the sheep
在牧人的帳棚旁邊,                             and graze your young goats
去放牧妳的小公羊.                            by the tents of the shepherds.

Lover
I liken you, my daring,
                     我把妳當作                                              to a mare harnessed
套在法老車上的駿馬.                              to one of the chariots of Pharaoh.
Your checks are beautiful with earrings,
妳頸項因珠寶益華麗.                               your neck with strings of jewels.
We will make you earrings of gold,
