Aleph(啊萊弗)
1 行為完美, 遵行耶和華律法的, Blessed are they whose ways are blameless,
都是有福的人! who walk according to the law of the Lord.
2 遵守衪的法度, 一心尋求衪的, Blessed are they who keep his ststutes
也是有福的人! and seek him with all their heart.
3 他們遵行衪的道, They do nothing wrong;
不會做不義的事. they walk in his ways.
4 你已賜下了訓詞, You have laid down precepts
要他們盡力遵行. that are to be fully obeyed.
5 因遵行你的律例, Oh, that my ways were steadfast
使我的道路平穩. in obeying your decrees!
6 我重視你的誡命, Then I would not be put to shame
就不至羞恥慚愧. when I consider all your commands.
7 我學你公義典章, I will praise you with an upright heart
以正直心讚美你. as I learn your righteous laws.
8 我遵守你的律例, I will obey your decrees;
求你不要丟棄我. do not utterly forsake me.

9 如何能使少年人行為純潔呢? How can a young man keep his way pure?
唯有遵行你的話. By living according to your word.
10 我要一心一意尋求你, I seek you all my heart;
勿讓我偏離你的誡命. do not let me astray from your commands.

以免行惡犯罪悖逆你. that I might not sin against you.

求你教導我你的律例. teach me your decrees.

你口中說的一切典章. all the laws that come from your mouth
14 我遵行你法度得到喜悅, I rejoice in following your statutes
與得到財寶的喜悅無異. as one rejoices in great riches.
15 我要默想你的訓詞. I meditate on your precepts
也要思考你的道路. and consider your ways.
16 我更喜愛你的律例, I delight in your decrees;
絕不會忽視你的話. I will not neglect youur word.

17 求你恩待你的僕人, 使我存活; Do good to your servant, and I will live;
好讓我遵行你的話. I will obey your word.
18 求你打開我的眼睛, Open my eyes that I may see
使我看出你律法中的奇妙. wonderful things in your law.

祈勿隱藏你的誡命 do not hide your commands from me.

以致我的心力交瘁. for your laws at all times.

偏離誡命的傲慢人. and who stray from your commands.
22 求你除掉我的羞辱藐視, Remove from me scorn and contempt,
因我認真遵守你的法度. for I keep your statutes.
23 儘管統治者同聲詆毀我, Though rulers sit together and slander me,
你僕人仍默想你的律例. your servant will meditate on your decree.
24 我最是喜愛你的法度, Your statutes are my delight;
因你的法度是我智囊. they are my counselors.

25 我很快就要歸回塵土, I am lay low in the dust;
求以你的話使我存活. preserve my life according to your word.
26 我陳述行為立蒙回應; I recounted my ways and you answered me;
求把你的律例教導我. teach me your decrees.
27 求使我明白你的訓詞, Let me understand the teaching of your precepts;
好叫我默想你的奇妙. then I will meditate on your wonders.
28 我的心非常憂傷愁煩, My soul is weary with sorrow;
求以你的話使我堅強. strengthen me according to your word.
29 求使我遠離詭詐的路, Keep me from deceiful ways;
依你的律法對我施恩. be gracious to me through your law.
30 我已揀選了忠信之道, I have chosen the way of truth;
把你的典章放在心上. I have set my heart on your laws.
31 耶和華啊! 我堅守你的法度, I hold fast to to your statutes, O Lord;
祈求你不要使我蒙羞. do not let me be put to shame.
32 我奔馳在你誡命路上, I run in the path of your commands,
因你使我的心得自由. for you have set my heart free.

33 耶和華啊! 求你教我遵行你的律例, Teach me, O Lord, to follow your decrees;
我必遵守到底. then I will keep them to the end.
34 求你賜我悟性, Give me understanding, and I will keep your law
使我一心去遵守你的律法. and obey it with all my heart.
35 求在你誡命的路上指引我, Direct me in the path of your commands,
因在那路上我可找到喜樂. for there I find delight.
36 求使我的心轉向你的法度, Turn my heart toward your statutes
免得我偏向爭取不義之財. and not toward selfish gain.
37 求使我的眼遠離無益事物, Turn my eyes away from worthless things;
並且以你的話使我得存活. preserve my life according to your word.
38 求你實現向你僕人的應許, Fulfill your promise to your servant,
好叫世人全都誠心敬畏你. so that you may be feared.
39 因為你的典章非常美善, Take away the disgrace I dread,
求你除掉我害怕的羞辱, for your laws are good.
40 看我多麼渴慕你的訓詞! How I long for your precepts!
求以你的公義使我存活. preserve my life in your righteousness.

41 耶和華啊! 求你賜我不變的慈愛, May your unfailing love come to me, O Lord,
依你的應許賜我救恩. your salvation accoring to your promise;
42 因我一心信靠你的話. then I will answer the one who taunts me,
我就有話回應羞辱我的人, for I trust in your word.
43 求勿讓真理的話遠離我口, Do not snatch the word of truth from my mouth,
因我仰望你的典章. for I hvave put my hope in your laws,
44 我要常守你的律法, I will always obey your law
直到永永遠遠. forever and forever.
45 我要在自由中行走, I will walk about in freedom ,
因已找到你的訓詞. for I have sought out your precepts.
46 我要在君王面前講論你的法度, I will speak of your statutes before kings
心中坦蕩毫不為恥. and will not be put to shame,
47 因我喜愛你的誡命, for I delight in your commands
而且內心深深喜愛. because I love them.
48 我要向我喜愛的誡命舉手, I lift up my hands to your commands, which I love,
並且默想你的律例. and I meditate on your decree.

49 求你記住對你僕人說過的話, Remember your word to your servant,
因為你賜我美好的盼望. for you have given me hope.
50 在苦難中我的安慰就是: My comfort in my suffering is this:
你使我繼續存活的應許. Your promise preserves my life.
51 儘管傲慢人任意譏誚我, The arrogant mock me without restraint,
但我仍沒偏離你的律法. but I do not turn from your law.
52 耶和華啊! 我記得你古時的典章, I remember your ancient laws, O Lord,
並從中得到無限的安慰. and I find comfort in them.
53 我見惡人離棄你的律法, Indignation grips me because of the wicked.
內心中就不禁怒火中燒. who have forsaken your law.
54 無論在世上寄居在何處, Your decrees are the theme of my song
你的律例都是我的詩歌. whereever I lodge.
55 耶和華啊! 我夜間還記住你的名, In the night I remember your name, O Lord,
並遵守你的律法. and I will keep your law.
56 我這樣身體力行, This has been my practice.
乃因我遵你訓詞. I obey your precepts.

57 耶和華啊! 你是我的福份, You are my portion, O Lord;
我答應要遵守你的話. I have promised to obey your words.
58 我曾一心尋求你的面, I have sought your face with all my heart;
求依你的應許恩待我. be gracious to me according to your promise.
59 我思考過我所行的路, I have considered my ways
並移步走向你的法度. and have turned my steps to your statutes.
60 我定要謹守你的誡命, I will hasten and not delay
不敢存心疏忽稍延遲. to obey your commands.
61 即使惡人用繩捆綁我, Though the wicked bind me with ropes,
我也不會忘你的律法. I will not forget your law.
62 午夜夢迴, At midnight I rise to give you thanks
我起身感謝你公義的典章. for your righteous laws.
63 凡敬畏你和遵守你訓詞的, I am a friend to all who fear you,
我都願意主動與他們為友. to all who follow your precepts.
64 耶和華啊! 你的慈愛充滿大地, The earth is filled with your love, O Lord;
懇求你將你的律例教導我. teach me your decrees.

65 耶和華啊! 求你依你的話, Do good to your servant
好好善待你的僕人. according to your word, O Lord.
66 因我信靠你的誡命, Teach me knowledge and good judgment,
求以知識明辨教我. for I believe in your commands.
67 先前我迷途受盡苦, Before I was afllicted I went astray,
而今我遵從你的話. but now I obey your word.
68 你本美善所行也善; You are good, and what you do is good,
求將你律例教導我. teach me your decrees.
69 儘管傲慢人撒謊傷害我, Though the arrogant have smeared me with lies,
我仍一心謹守你的訓詞. I keep your precepts with all my heart.
70 他們心蒙油脂麻木不仁; Their hearts are callous and un feeling,
我卻萬分喜愛你的律法. but I delight in your law.
71 受苦對我實在有益, It was good for me to be afflicted
使我學到你的律例. so that I might learn your decrees.
72 你口中律法至寶貴, The law from your mouth is more precious to me
定必勝過千金萬銀. than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.

求賜我悟性以學習你的誠命. give me understnding to learn your commands.
74 願敬畏你的人見到我就歡喜, May those fear you rejoice when they see me,

我知道你的典章公義, that your laws are righteous,
你因信實才使我受苦. and in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

77 求你憐憫我使我存活; Let your compassion come to me that I may live,
因為我喜愛你的律法. for your law is my delight.
78 願傲慢人因無理入我罪羞傀, May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause;
我卻要默想你的訓詞. but I will meditate on your precepts.
79 願敬畏你和明白你法度的人, May those who fear you turn to me,
都一同前來誠心誠意歸向我. those who understand your statutes.
80 願我的心在律例上無可指責; May my heart be blameless toward your decrees,
這樣才能使我不會無故蒙羞. that I may not be put to shame.

81 我因渴望你的救恩心力交疲; My soul faints with longing for your salvation,
但我仍然全心去仰望你的話. but I have put my hope in your word.
82 我因盼望你的應許眼目昏花; My eyes fail, looking for your promise;
我說: "你何時才來安慰我呢?" I say, "When will you comfort me?"
83 我雖像煙薰的皮酒囊, Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke,
卻一心不忘你的律例. I do not forget your decrees.
84 你的僕人要等多久呢? How long must your servant wait?
逼害我的何時才受罰? When will you punish my persecutors?
85 傲慢人違反你的律法, The arrogant dig pitfalls for me,
正積極為我挖掘陷阱. contrary to your law,
86 你的誡命全都是信實可靠; All your commands are trustworthy;
我受人無理逼害求你助我. help me, for men persecute me without cause.
87 他們幾乎把我從世上消滅, They almost wiped me from the earth,
而我卻沒有離棄你的訓詞. but I have not forsaken your precepts.
88 求你以你的慈愛使我存活, Preserve my life according to your love,
好叫我遵守你口中的法度. and I will obey the statutes of your mouth.

89 耶和華啊! 你的話永恆不變, Your word, O Lord, is eternal,
永遠堅立在天. it stands firm in the hevens.
90 你的信實延續萬代, Your faithfulness continues through all generarions;
你堅立地地就長存. you establised the earth, and it endures.
91 你的典章長存至今, Your laws endures to this day,
萬物全都為你效力. for all things serve you.
92 我若不喜愛你的律法, If your law had not been my delight,
早就在苦難中滅亡了. I would have perished in my affliction.
93 我永不忘記你的訓詞, I will never forget your precepts,
因你的訓詞使我存活. for by them you have preserved my life.
94 因為我屬你求你救我; Save me, for I am yours;
我一直尋求你的訓詞. I have sought out your precepts.
95 惡人一直伺機毀滅我, The wicked are waiting to destroy me,
而我仍思考你的法度. but I will ponder your statutes.

惟獨你誡命廣闊無邊. but your commands are boundless.

104 從你訓詞中我明事理, I gain understanding from your precepts;

105 你的話是我腳前的燈, Your word is a lamp to my feet
是我路上的光. and a light for my path.
106 我曾起誓並且堅守誓言, I have taken an oath and confirmed it,
我必遵守你公義的典章. that I will follow your righteous laws.
107 耶和華啊! 我受盡苦難, I have suffered much;
求你依你的話使我存活. preserve my life, O Lord, according to yourword.
108 耶和華啊! Accept, O Lord,
求你悅納我口中的讚美, the willing praise of my mouth,
將你的典章好好教導我. and teach me your laws.

而且要一直遵行到末了. to the very end.

卻衷心喜愛你的律法. but I have your law.

就像丟棄廢物渣滓一樣; you discard like dross;
因此我極喜愛你的法度. therefore I love your statutes.
120 我肉身因畏懼你而戰慄, My flesh trembles in fear of you;
因敬畏你的典章而肅立. I stand in awe of your laws.

121 我一向秉公行義主持公道, I have done what is righteous and just;
求勿撇下我給欺壓我的人. do not leave me to my oppressors.
122 求你確保你僕人的福祉, Ensure your servant's well-being;
切勿容傲慢的人欺壓我. let not the arrogant oppress me.
123 我因深深盼望你的救恩 My eyes fail, looking for your salvation,
和公義應許而眼目昏花. looking for your righteous promise.
124 求你以慈愛待你的僕人, Deal with your servant according to your love
並且以你的律例教導我. and teach me your decrees.
125 我是你僕人求賜我悟性; I am your servant, give me your discernment
使我能夠明白你的法度. that I may understnd your statutes.
126 耶和華啊, 是你行動的時候了! It is time for you to act, O Lord;
因世人都違反你的律法. your law is being broken.
127 因此我深愛你的誡命, Because I love your commands
勝過金子更勝過精金. more than gold , more than pure gold.
128 因我深認你訓詞正直, and because I consider all your precepts right,

就發光使愚人通達. it gives understanding to the simple.

渴盼你的誡命. longing for your commands.
132 求你回心轉向我更加憐憫我; Turn to me and have mercy on me,

你的典章也是公正的. and your laws are right.
138 你制定的法度公義, The statutes you have laid down are righteous;
全部都是信實可靠. they are fully trustworthy.

因我敵不理你的話. for my enemies ignore your words.
140 你的應許完全經得起考驗, Your promises have been thoroughly tested,
因此甚得你的僕人心喜愛. and your servant loves them.

卻沒忘記你的訓詞. I do not forget your precepts.
142 你的公義永遠長存, Your righteousness is everlasting
你的律法真實可靠. and your law is true.
143 我雖遭遇患難愁苦, Trouble and distress have come upon me,
但仍喜愛你的誡命. but your commands are my delight.
144 你的法度永遠正確, Your statutes are forever right;
求賜悟性使我存活. give me understanding that I may live.

153 求你垂顧我苦難拯救我; Look upon my suffering and deliver me,
因我沒有忘記你的律法. for I have not forgotten your law.
154 求你為我申辯救贖我; Defend my cause and redeem me;
依你的應許使我存活. preserve my life according to your promise.
155 惡人不尋求你的律例. Salvation is far from the wicked,
故救恩遠遠離開他們, for they do not seek out your decrees.
156 耶和華啊! 你的恩典浩大, Your compassion is great, O Lord;
求以你的典章使我存活, preserve my life according to your laws.
157 雖有很多逼害我的仇敵, Many are the foes who persecute me,
我卻沒有偏離你的法度. but I have not turned from your statutes.
158 我一見奸惡的人就憎惡, Look on the faithless with loathing,
因為他們不遵守你的話. for they do not obey your word.
159 耶和華啊! See how I love your precepts;
看我多麼喜愛你的訓詞, preserve my life, O Lord,
求以你的慈愛使我存活, according to you love.
160 所有你說的話, 盡都信實; All your words are true;
所有公義律法, 永遠長存. all your righteous laws are eternal.

但喜愛你的律法. but I love your law.
164 我為你公義律法, Seven time a day I praise you
一天七次讚美你. for your righteous laws.
165 喜愛你律法者大有平安, Great peace have they who love your law,
甚麼都不能把他們絆倒. and nothing can make them stumble.
166 耶和華啊! 我等候你的救恩, I wait for your salvation, O Lord,
遵行你的誡命. and I follow your commands.
167 我盡力遵守你的法度, I obey your statutes,
因為我熱愛你的法度. for I love them greatly.
168 我遵從你的訓詞和法度, I obey your precepts and your statutes,
因我所行你都一清二楚. for all my ways are known to you.

169 耶和華啊! 願我的呼求達到你面前, May my cry come before you, O Lord;
求你依你的話賜我悟性. give understanding according to your word.
170 願我的懇求達到你面前, May my supplication come before you;
求你依你的應許拯救我. deliver me according to your promise.
171 願我嘴湧出讚美你的話, May my lips overflow with praise,
因為你將律例全教導我. for you teach me your decrees.
172 願我的舌頭歌唱你的話, May my tongue sing of your word,
因你所有誡命盡都公義. for all your commands are righteous.

因我揀選了你的訓詞. for I have chosen your precepts.

更加喜愛你的律法. and your law is my delight.

願你的典章扶助我. and may your laws sustain me.
176 我如亡羊走迷了路, I have strayed like a lost sheep.
求你尋找你的僕人; Seek your servant,
